We assist with space planning, furnishings, fixture and finish selection, paint colors, accessories and art, and installation.


New Build/Remodel

We work with your architect from the early stages to develop floor and lighting plans, finish schedule, create a furniture and textiles budget, and purchase (as well as install) all goods upon completion of construction.


Furniture Planning

We create a budget and furniture plan for the selected space, while curating a design that meets your needs and aesthetic vision. We take care of the coordination of ordering, receiving, and installation of all items.

  • Whether planning a light renovation or new construction, we begin by understanding our clients and constraints. In addition to aesthetic preferences, we dig deeply to find opportunities to stand out. From impactful views to unique topography to existing architectural details, we uncover the elements that make both client and structure unique.

  • The Schematic Design is iterative and the best projects are a result of a well-defined process. Ours involves frequent meetings with our clients, digging into the details, scratching things up, and arriving at decisions together. The result - a shared journey and spaces that feel like true reflections of our clients' lives.

  • The output of our working sessions are highly detailed drawings that illustrate our intentions, allowing for more accurate pricing and productive construction discussions.

  • The final stage, installation, is met with the utmost care. We personally ensure all furniture and design elements are implemented. Client satisfaction is always the end result.
